For Xmas shows were at The Grouse & Claret in 1998 and The Gun Tavern in 1999. We had been joined by Debs, Julie and Sandra contributing backing vocals and extra colour and glamour – in the band we jokingly called them the Slurries. They were with us until decimated by child-rearing responsibilities.
By these Year 2000 shows, Debs had left, and Julie left soon afterwards.
